We help our Brand Partners set up and manage their online retail stores on online market places operated by our online distribution channel partners in Southeast Asia and China, including but not limited to, Alibaba’s Tmall, JD, Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak and more.

Stand Out From The Crowd

Our Team will ensure that our Brand Partners’ products are aesthetically presented in a user-friendly manner that would attract consumers to the stores and optimise branding effect and online sales.

Our design team is responsible for creating and managing the digital product catalogue of our Brand Partners which includes the photography or videography of the products and documenting product specifications such as product categories, sizes and dimensions of the products for the sale of the products online.

Warehousing & Fulfilment

A key aspect of Ecommerce is the processing of orders received through online retail stores, and the subsequent delivery of such orders to the end consumers.

The logistics services provided by our online distribution channel partners are integrated with their online marketplaces, and allows us and the end consumers to track the status of the delivery. As such, we also rely on our online distribution channel partners to deliver the products of our Brand Partners to end consumers where such delivery services are available.

Omni-Channel Marketing

To ensure that the online stores of our Brand Partners remain visible to consumers and increase brand awareness and loyalty, leading to greater transaction volumes.

We also use data analytics to better understand market trends and formulate our sales and marketing strategies that are tailored towards increasing brand awareness and sales.

Customer Service

We will ensure great customer service experience for the entire Ecommerce process is a key priority for us.

Quality customer service to end consumers is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and seller rating, which will generate customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases for our Brand Partners’ products. Our customer service team also helps our Brand Partners monitor consumer reviews on online channels to spot negative consumer feedback or complaints and try to resolve any issues with the consumer expeditiously. We also work with our Brand Partners to create a product handbook containing feedback and questions by end consumers specific to the products sold by the Brand Partners using cloud knowledge-based software.

Monthly Data Reporting

We provide a breakdown according to each online marketplace in these monthly reports to enable us and our Brand Partners to assess the performance across the various e-commerce platforms.

This serves as a source of product-specific feedback to enable Brand Partners to further develop and improve their products.
